QNC is committed to keeping our customers up and running at all times – occasionally a replacement is needed.  QNC offers “Hot Swaps” for our clients to keep on-hand, ready to go in case of an emergency for service replacements.

As your business grows, so does your network.  QNC can help you prepare for faster replacements with product on hand with our “Hot Swap” program.  We will work with you to provide your end-users with our “Hot Swap” components to limit and control downtime by not having to wait for additional replacement parts.

“Hot Swaps” can be used specifically in case of a down link.  No need to wait for a service call.  Simply go the provided “Hot Swap” optics and replace the affected items, thus limiting the down time of an optical link.
