QNC’s LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY on our optics provides our customers with the extra security they have come to expect from us. If a problem occurs with one of our products due to manufacturer defect or workmanship, we will immediately repair or replace it at no charge.

Customer support is readily available to assist in determining a course of action to alleviate any down time due to unexpected circumstances through damage or defect under standard network conditions. Consider us an extension of your engineering team. We are here to keep you up and running.

We work with you as a team and want to make all as seamless as possible. This goes for warranty claims too. If a manufacturer defect or workmanship problem is discovered and our product does not function as expected under normal circumstances, QNC asks that we are contacted immediately upon recognition of a problem so that we can work with you to remedy the issue within a reasonable amount of time. Please contact your dealer or QNC customer care representative.

QNC cannot be held responsible for product failures out of our control, such as improper installation or repairs, damages caused by misuse through testing or alterations, and unforeseen misfortunes – environmental, natural disasters, etc.
